Grown Here. Poured Here.

The-Pour-Vineyard- Winery.jpg

Our wine is a culmination of seed, earth, Midwest sun, hard work, and a lot of prayers. We grow Chambourcin, Vignoles, Seyval Blanc, Corot Noir, Marquette, and more right here on the farm — and every bottle on this list starts in this soil. Grown here. Poured here.

Our Red Wines

Norton

The Norton grape was born in America — and it shows. This is the boldest wine we make: a full-bodied dry red with deep blackberry and dark cherry at the front, a hint of earthiness in the middle, and a clean, satisfying finish. If you reach for a Cabernet on a Friday night, this is your bottle. Pairs well with a steak, a bonfire, or a long conversation.

Marquette

Marquette is one of the grapes we grow right here in our vineyard — six acres of rolling southern Illinois farmland, Midwest sun, and a lot of patience. It pours a deep ruby and opens up with ripe cherry and a whisper of dark plum. The tobacco and pepper on the finish give it character without weight. A dry red that earns its place at the dinner table.

Harvest Red

Named for the season that makes everything possible. The Harvest Red is our semi-dry red blend — the bridge between the wine drinker who loves dry reds and the one who needs just a touch of softness. Bright fruit on the nose, smooth through the middle, with enough dryness to feel like a serious glass of wine. The one to reach for when you can't agree on a bottle.

Prairie RedTasting Notes: Semi-dry Red Blend, serve chilled or at room temperature, bursting with stone fruit aromas.

Prairie Red

This one was made for the porch. The Prairie Red is a semi-dry blend that carries the warmth of a southern Illinois summer — stone fruit and a little sweetness, soft enough to sip on its own, interesting enough to hold your attention. Serve it slightly chilled on a warm afternoon or at room temperature when the weather turns. Either way, it works.

Midwest Red

Made from two grapes we grow ourselves — Marquette and Corot Noir — the Midwest Red is the one that converts people who think they don't like red wine. Berry-forward, smooth, and just sweet enough to feel approachable without being cloying. The kind of bottle that disappears faster than you planned. If someone at your table is hesitant about reds, pour them this one first.

Farmhouse RedTasting Notes: This is a sweet red wine made from Chamburcin grapes. This wine is fruit forward with a delicate sweet finish.

Farmhouse Red

Grape jelly in a bottle — and we mean that as the highest possible compliment. Made from Concord grapes, the Farmhouse Red is unapologetically sweet, purple, and nostalgic. It smells like a summer afternoon and tastes like every good memory you have attached to the smell of fresh-picked grapes. Not trying to be anything other than exactly what it is. Our most honest wine.

Our White Wines

Reserve VignolesTasting Notes: A clean crisp white wine with citrus flavors and aromas. This wine is perfect on those hot summer days.

Reserve Vignoles

Vignoles is one of the grapes we tend ourselves, and the Reserve is the best expression of what this vineyard can do with a white. Crisp, clean, and citrus-bright — grapefruit on the nose, a dry finish that doesn't linger too long. Ice cold on a hot day, it's about as close to perfect as a glass of wine gets. A family favorite for a reason.

Seyval Blanc

For the Chardonnay drinker who wants something a little different. Our Seyval Blanc spends time with a touch of oak, which gives it that familiar warmth — vanilla and a hint of honey — but the pear and fresh acidity keep it from feeling heavy. Dry and food-friendly. Good with grilled fish, soft cheese, or just the view from the terrace.

Harvest White

Light, easy, and honest. The Harvest White lands between dry and sweet — just enough residual sugar to take the edge off without tipping into dessert-wine territory. Citrus forward with a clean finish. The kind of bottle that works for everyone at the table and doesn't ask anything of you. Named for the season, built for any occasion.

VignolesTasting Notes: A light bodied white wine with hints lemon and grapefruit. The smooth finish of this wine make it a treat for any palate.

Vignoles

The lighter sibling to our Reserve Vignoles. Where the Reserve is bold and citrus-forward, this Vignoles is gentle — lemon and grapefruit in a softer frame, with a smooth finish that doesn't demand your attention. A crowd-pleaser in the best sense. Bring this one to the book club, the baby shower, or anywhere you need a bottle that works for everyone.

Prairie WhiteTasting Notes: A semi-dry white wine with a slight sweetness and green apple finish. A favorite of Riesling lovers.

Prairie White

Named for the land that surrounds us. The Prairie White is semi-dry with just enough sweetness to make it approachable — a green apple finish that's crisp and clean, like the first cold morning of fall. If you like a Riesling but don't want it too sweet, this is your bottle. Simple, satisfying, and distinctly from here.

Midwest White

The Midwest White leans sweet and isn't shy about it. Floral on the nose, soft through the middle, with a finish that feels like the end of a good day. If you know someone who says they don't like wine, start here. If you're the person who asks for "something sweet and white," this one was made with you in mind.

Farmhouse WhiteTasting Notes: A sweet wine made from our Vidal Blanc grapes. Has a sweet finish with floral aromas.

Farmhouse White

Made from Niagara grapes, the Farmhouse White is our sweetest white — fragrant, floral, and unapologetically dessert-adjacent. It smells like a backyard in bloom and tastes like summer isn't quite over. Serve it cold, serve it with fruit, or skip the food entirely. Pairs well with a warm evening and nowhere to be.

Our Rosé Wines

Bloom

Every celebration needs a bubble. Bloom is our sweet sparkling rosé — pink, festive, and genuinely fun. It earns its place at every bridal shower, anniversary, birthday, and Sunday morning we've hosted. Mix it with orange juice for a mimosa, pour it straight for a toast, or open it just because the week is over. Some bottles are made for a reason. Bloom is made for every reason.

Farmhouse RoseTasting Notes: A fruity light rose with a sweet finish.

Farmhouse Rosé

Pretty in the glass and easy on the palate. The Farmhouse Rosé is light, fruity, and just sweet enough to feel like a treat. No fuss, no pretense — just a good rosé that goes with the view. Bring it to a picnic, open it on the terrace, or drink it somewhere with good company. It's made for exactly that.

Our Fruit Wines

Blackberry Blueberry (Summer Seasonal)

Two of the best things this part of the country grows, together in one glass. The Blackberry Blueberry is sweet and deep — the familiar richness of our blackberry wine with the added depth that blueberry brings. A summer wine in the truest sense. Rich enough to sip slowly, easy enough to pour freely.

Strawberry

(Spring Seasonal)

Spring arrives at The Pour Vineyard in a bottle. The Strawberry is everything you want from a strawberry: bright, sweet, and unmistakably the real thing — not strawberry flavoring, not a candy approximation. We only make so much each year, and when it's gone, it's gone until the next spring. If you see it in the tasting room or the shop, don't walk past it.

BlackberryTasting Notes: Sweet Fruit wine, Fresh picked blackberries in a bottle!

Blackberry (Year Round)

Our most popular wine — and once you taste it, you'll understand why. This is blackberries at their peak: ripe, sun-warm, and sweet without being syrupy. It tastes exactly like picking blackberries along a fence row in July, which is more or less where this one comes from. No pretense, no apology. Just the best thing growing on this land, put in a bottle. Available year-round because some things shouldn't be seasonal.

PeachSweet Peach Wine that reminds you of biting into a ripe Georgia Peach!

Peach

(Fall Seasonal)

You know that feeling of biting into a peach that's finally ready — juice running, sweet and warm from the sun? That's this wine. The Peach is our fall seasonal, made in small batches from fruit at its peak. It tastes the way August feels: generous, unhurried, and gone too soon. We only make so much. Once the batch is gone, you'll wait another year.
